I have gone to many dealerships around NC and this by far was my greatest experience. Our sales representative Ulysses went above and beyond to make my mother and me more than welcome. We not only felt valued and comfortable, we felt like family. At no time during our process did we feel forced to make a decision and throughout our time he kept us well informed. When I called Thompson Buick the receptionist was very courteous, and transferred me to the Service Center for me to make my appointment for my Buick. Everyone I had spoken to were courteous, and polite. I ask to be notified before any work was to started. I was notified, and I was given the information so I could make a decision on what I would approve for repair work on my Buick. I will return to Thompson if I have any more issues with my Buick.

Totally unimpressive. I got a text message from Thompson back in Nov and a mailing from GMC saying my truck was ready for the recall to add the seat heater. I made an appointment only to find out the parts were not in stock. The service person was rather rude about it making it out to be my fault. They finally got the parts and had the truck for 10 hours to add the part. I have now bought two GMCs from the dealership but will look elsewhere for the next one.
